Integration control responsible and operative responsible for finance, IT and administrative integration.This was mainly a "bi-lateral" negotiation process with a financial seller. It was a well-defined business with its own production and sales structure. There were already ongoing many change and investment projects. Upon acquisition, the focus was to stabilize these initiatives and also implement the planned cost- and revenue-enhancing synergies as well as implement the group's processes and policies, e.g. integration into shared distribution centers. Important projects included ERP implementation in a larger unit and integrating the sales organization into the group.
Timeframe: 2 years, when a "post-acquisition" review was conducted.
