Divestment of product companies in non-core business segment in Europe to external investor. This was a relatively complex divestment with dedicated product companies, but a,so called 'carve-out'was required in the distribution and sales company structure. Discussion was initiated with an investor and we engaged an external consulting firm to oversee the process. It mainly consisted of, firstly, the business agreement phase and then the integration phase. The integration phase was led internally in collaboration with the buyer, our key personnel, and the group's support functions.
Timeframe: The project spanned over approximately 36 months in total.
